Highly Qualified and Reliable Staff

EXPERIENCE

We assess potential staff for their suitability to our customer's needs and their customised cleaning program. This involves an assessment of their skills, knowledge and qualifications.

VISA STATUS

We make sure that all our staff have the right to work in Australia legally. We closely monitor their visa status to guarantee that any potential changes do not disrupt the quality of our services.

BACKGROUND CHECKS

We request and file our staff National Policy Check, Identity/work right check, employee reference check, and Skills, experience and qualification validations.

ACCESSIBILITY TO WORKSITE

We verify that all our staff do not face any transport limitations and have the means to commute to our client's sites.

PlusCleaning employees must attend an induction program and client/site-specific inductions, including Health & Safety training. In addition, we trained all our staff in the best working practice, and we support them in their professional development, which makes PlusCleaning an employer of choice.

High-Performance Cleaning Products

High-Performance

We only use high-performance cleaning products certified by the OH&S and comply with AS/NZS ISO 9001 "Quality Management Systems – Requirements" conditions. Our products are specially formulated for aged care, carpet cleaning, education, floor sealing, food processing, healthcare, housekeeping, hospitality, industrial, transport and vehicle cleaning.


We use a colour coding cleaning system that helps to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, makes compliance easy, includes pre-labelled dispenser bottles and makes training new staff easier.

Quality Assurance System & Service

Quality

PlusCleaning Services counts with an established quality management system to monitor the quality of our work consistently. In addition, we leverage technology to empower our team to work more efficiently and to monitor and track quality. Our Janitorial system provides:

 

  1. Clear Cleaning in instructions to the client's specification in both English and the staff's native language. PlusCleaning supervisor might include photos or videos to provide visual directions if required.

  2. Enable a better communication channel between the client and the Pluscleaning team, allowing the client to provide additional instructions and/or pictures of the issues. In addition, Pluscleaning team members have immediate access to the client request improving the turnaround time. Finally, the client can track progress and provide feedback on the outcome.

  3. Regular automated inspection reports shared with the client by email. This includes a problem reporting section with any maintenance issue identified by the PlusCleaing team.

Response and Rectification

Response

PlusCleaning Supervisors are available during working hours and are the first point of contact should any quality of service issue arise. We register all complaints and close them only upon our client’s confirmation that the rectification is satisfactory. Our Complaints register is employed in our monthly meeting as a means of improving our services.
