Feedback & Complaints

At AU PlusCleaning Services, we welcome and value your feedback. It helps us deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred support.

 

You can provide feedback or make a complaint anonymously, online, in writing, or by speaking with your support worker.
 

If you don’t feel comfortable making a complaint yourself, someone else can do so on your behalf, such as:

  • an advocate

  • a family member or close friend

  • your care worker

  • another person you know and trust

 

 

If you prefer, your support worker can also assist you in completing a complaint form.

 

We appreciate your input about:

 

  • the quality and consistency of our services

  • support worker performance

  • changes that could improve your experience

 

 

All feedback and complaints are treated seriously and confidentially. You will not be disadvantaged for making a complaint.

To provide feedback or lodge a complaint:

 

Once received, our NDIS Service Delivery and Operations Manager will review your concern, investigate it, and work with you toward a fair resolution.
